Do you really believe what they say? These structures were not made by a man or machine! Something helped them fulfill their destinies. Picture perfect, every corner. Every edge so beautifully defined. How could one construct this without technology? I refuse to believe you. Even we, so advanced, could not mimic these creations. Is it possible? Engineered? Reversed? Rapid increase could not all be done just from the minds of men. Lies we are fed since day one. What is their mission? Why are they here? Will you just listen to my interpretation? That is not what happened. The visitors were their “gods”. All these myths make sense. The pieces are together, once again. They worshipped beings not of this world because they actually met them. Can’t you see? Why build triangular structures? We were forced to build them! The Lord is right, and so is His book. But it is not the fire that will kill us. It will just be them. They asked us to build pyramids and now this is the end. We were doomed from the start! The desecration of the universe.
2.
Roswell 04:12
What? You are insane! The crash you saw was the Project Mogul. An illusion to your puny eyes. What kind of fool feeds this shit to your minds? 1947 - Roswell, New Mexico. It was not a “balloon”! We all know the truth. It will be exposed. Erased from our youth. Time will tell. We know what you’ve done. We know what you have. They will bring their wrath and then kill all! Obliterate the world. You should have thought before you took them in as lab rats. You have your precious data. An eye for an eye! Don’t be surprised when they extinct mankind. Oblivious, they walk among us. They are here. They are living with us. How can one believe we are the only species? You are being analyzed without consent, and I’m not just talking about the government! First in Ancient Egypt, then in Greece and Rome. Then, they lurk upon the Earth and in parts unknown. Maybe in times of Jesus. Maybe in Ice Age cold. Either way, they’ve influenced our human growth. The end is near! Humans, so bold. 1947 happened, then the world went cold. There is a lesson learned in this. Keeping secrets on makes us more curious. There is a lesson learned in this. Taking captives only makes them more furious. There is a lesson learned in this. Hiding truth only makes you notorious. There is a lesson learned in this. Next time, don’t fuck with aliens!
3.
Encroachers 03:15
Destroy the living hope of humanity. Crush the souls of the damned and all living lies! Deceived - the reasoning for self-destruction. Torture for the ones who laid there, weak. Bow down now pitiful beings. Your extinction is the new generation. Bow down beings! This is all because of you. Tear the limbs, one by one. [Interlude: The Invasion] As they control the corrupted, our intelligence becomes jaded like puppets for a force from above. Draining life, syphoning hope and blood. Fear now, as I am your new God. Humanity’s actions angered above. Tremble with every step that you take. We wait and watch your doom take place. Run like the cowards you are. Run like the cowards you are! Vaporized - ash by rotting flesh. Taking life with no relent. Look now, at the damned you’ve become. Your hell awaits you as they melt the sun.
4.
Futile minds! Earth’s kin, so primitive, could not scan these glorious finds. The Milky Way, so greatly abundant! These planets shine with life so pristine, waiting for a czar. And now it’s mine! Inevitably corrupted. It’s not a dream. It’s our regime! First, Earth, then unto Mars. Harvesting light from the stars. Traveling wide and far. Finish the bloodshed we start. Your technology could not withstand it. How could your minds even comprehend it? Your galaxy is void of interplanetary travel and without expansion. As we descend… From the exos, thermos, mesos, stratos… Signs of the end. Apocalypse has come now! Rapture begins. Heat radiates from the fleet’s swift landing. Bow to the King. Take me to your leader! As we ascend… Leave the world in crumbles - fiery silence. Reality bent. I’ve aligned your homeworld with my vision. Conquer again. Set your courses to new missions. Ruler of men and every other form of life. Your solar system begins to crumble. Sights of our fleet make you tremble. Scan horizons and make them rumble. New land calls for us to assemble. Blast them! Split them up in portions! Then, dissect! Harvest all their organs! Blast them! Split them up in portions! Then, dissect! Harvest all their organs! Then, on them we feed. Bring them to the King. What more for us to do? Abundant waters. Abundant foods! The Milky Way has met their doom. Blew them to ashes and inhaled the fumes. And we begin anew.
5.
The Quietus 04:20
Behold! At last the world is mine! Countless bodies and decimation. Our species will survive. The rulers of all life. Militia brought to new heights. This is not frequent circumstance. So, on their ashes we shall dance. Festive triumph for my children who were followed by my trance. To all who partake in these deeds: Your honor proven to the King. Now, go and use their bodies to build our new colony. The Hive is forever! Let us live in splendor. Now, we may rest in peace. Now, we sleep. (Sweet slumber! Awakened for years. Desecration without rest. Dream sweet dreams.) But wait! Do not yet rest all your eyes. What are those noises from the skies? Resembling terror, resembling our demise. Who dare antagonize the Hive? You’ll be met with pulsar fire! Hellish blasts and you’ll be fried just as we did to humankind. But, one by one, we start to die. This cannot be. We possess might. How could we punish all the world but we cannot withstand this fight? We cannot flee due to our pride. Next to my children I’ll reside. Eternal slumber’s what we face, but not the type I had in mind. Death to the Hive! Death to the Hive! From King to extinct. From King to extinct.

about

QUEEN KONA, the unique, progressive death metal project based in New York, debuts their impeccable material through the 5-track EP, "Desecration of the Universe". This chronological and climactic arrangement is based on an alien invasion tale, where each track moves the listener further into the Hive's destructive story.

In "The Provenance", the narrator (who, at this time, is a human), battles the idea that alien life was present in history - more specifically in Ancient Egypt. Then, in "Roswell", that explanation comes to life as our human narrator describes the events that had taken place in 1947 New Mexico. The damage has been done, and the Hive is now angered by our curious behavior. No longer in existence, our narrator then becomes the Hive leader himself in "Encroachers", as humanity meets their demise. As Earth is wiped clean, we hear the Hive leader tell of their regime to take the remainder of the Milky Way Galaxy in "Galaxy Subjugation". Finally, their motive is revealed in "The Quietus", where they may rest at last now that the galaxy is conquered...or will they?

New York’s QUEEN KONA puts forth a unique blend of the various metal subgenres with songs that transition from heart- pounding blast beat-filled riffs with monstrous vocals, to soft, melodic rhythms with clean singing - a different approach to status quo.
